Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment Confirmation All lesson bookings are strictly provisional until payment is received. To secure your time slot, payment must be made in advance. A booking is not considered confirmed until the transaction is successfully completed; unpaid slots remain available to other students.
2. Licence & Eligibility Requirements The Learner must be at least 17 years of age and hold a valid, signed UK Provisional or Full Driving Licence suitable for the type of tuition being received. Additionally, the Learner must meet the minimum medical and eyesight requirements set by the DVLA.
3. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged, as it effectively prevents the Instructor from rebooking that time slot for another student.
4. DVSA Test Cancellations The Instructor cannot be held liable for driving test appointments cancelled by the DVSA due to adverse weather, examiner illness, staff shortages, or other unforeseen reasons. As these events are beyond the Instructor’s control, the fee for the Instructor’s time and vehicle use during the booked period remains payable.
5. Duty to Disclose It is the Learner's responsibility to immediately notify the Instructor of any circumstances, medical conditions, or legal matters that may affect their ability, fitness, or entitlement to receive driving tuition.
6. Contractual Relationship The contract for driving tuition is formed solely between the Learner and the Instructor. Both parties are responsible for mutually agreeing upon all logistical matters, including the timing, location, and duration of individual lessons.
